Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, particularly in the US healthcare or retail domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and the 340B drug pricing program. This role involves translating business needs into system software specifications, enhancing data quality, and integrating new systems with existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into detailed system software specifications.
- Define business requirements, functional designs, system specifications, and business processes.
- Conduct thorough business and systems process analysis to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data reliability and validity to enhance system data quality.
- Design integration interfaces and specifications to seamlessly incorporate new systems with existing ones.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including System Specifications Documents and Business Requirements Documents.
- Utilize tools such as Business Process Catalogs and Interface Catalogs to capture application essentials.
- Create workflow charts and diagrams to elucidate system capabilities and their impact on business processes.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to distill high-level information into detailed insights.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the US healthcare or retail sectors.
- Proven expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and familiarity with the 340B drug pricing program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and workflow diagrams.
